Managers’ kindergarten by considering the age of children and by use of pedagogy tactics will institutionalize in mind of child that how to use the present facility, and the child from that childhood can learn the management in its applicable way.

• Managers’ kindergarten by providing professional management learning system and experienced educational community and skilled teachers in training and teaching of children will prepare them for managing of their future life and education.
